If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return item in its original condition for a refund/exchange within 15 days base on date of purchase and let us know within 7 days from date of item received that you intend to return the item.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your date of purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In What condition do we accept product exchange and/or refund?

  1. Your item received with damaged or manufacturing defects.
  2. You received wrong item. The item is not the item you ordered.

To be eligible for a refunds or exchange, your item must be met the requirements or conditions as below.

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return?

We will inspect the item to ensure it is entitle to process exchange and/or refund once you return the item to our retail shop. If you are approved, the exchange and/or refunds will be processed immediately.
However in certain situation, it might require 1-3 working days to process a refunds or exchange. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or exchange, kindly be patient.

We reserves the right to accept or reject a refunds or exchange item without prior notice for any reasons.
