TheSakaya.com Online orders are shipped and delivered on Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and major public holidays. All orders are subject to authorization, only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
Below are the shipping service options and delivery times available for your purchased. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during Checkout.

注文数量 3 本(720ml、1.8L にかかわらず)以上、無料でビン、紙パックにかかわらず配 達します。1、2 本で配達をご希望のお客様には 1 回の御注文につき配達料 RM25 にて お届け致します。
Area 1: KL and Klang Valley
More than 3 nos (Any size) will be available for free delivery. Less than 3 nos will be charged RM25.00 per delivery.
エリア 2: その他の半島マレーシア:注文数量 6 本(720ml、1.8L にかかわらず)以上、 無料で紙パックのみ配達します。1~5 本まで配達希望のお客様には 1 回の御注文につ き配達料 RM35 にてお届け致します。
Area 2: Other Peninsula Malaysia
Only Paper Pack Items are available for delivery. Glass Bottles will be not possible to deliver by Transportation Company. More than 6 nos (Any size) of Paper Packs will be available for free delivery. Less than 6 nos will be charged RM35.00 per delivery.

We are sorry TheSakaya.com Online Store only delivers within Malaysia.
Please note:
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- TheSakaya.com Online Store ships all orders from Kuala Lumpur. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
- WE PROVIDE SHIPMENT TO WEST MALAYSIA ONLY,
DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
All orders received will be dispatched the next business day for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation).
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national / states holidays).
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will delivery on the next day. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order at the address.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, please check that all shipping information is correct.
